Hyundai India launched some sort of facelift of the Huge i10 today in the aftermath of Maruti Suzuki Ignis‘ launch, which happened last month. The hatch gets small cosmetic updates on the lateral side as well as some changes to the diesel model along with the addition of a greater touchscreen.

The Grand i10 has long been popular in the country owing to its automatic televison broadcasting and easy-to-maneuver demeanor. The planning is typical for a Malay car, flashy plus radical and now Cars has made it even better by adding DRLs to the revised bumper that incorporates a larger grille.?Even the rear bumper gets a massive fake diffuser along with the inclusion of circular brake lamps. Everything else remains the similar on the outside.

Talking about the motor, the 1.1-litre. 3-cylinder U2 CRDI diesel unit gets an inclusion of 100cc and now makes 74bhp associated with power and 190Nm regarding torque. The gas unit still retains its traits?having a capacity of 1.2-litre. A diesel can be had with simply a 5-speed manual transmission while the petrol also provides the option of an?4-speed semi-automatic or fully automatic.

Hyundai cars are well renowned for their comfort and features and the Grand i10 is no diverse. In the?refreshed avatar, it now gets an upgraded 7-inch touchscreen having Apple CarPlay and Google android Auto connectivity. The voice command system is now standard. The diamond cut alloys are inspired by its larger sibling, the?Creta and look great around the Grand i10 as well.

Having revised the pricing, the petrol variant is currently cheaper by Urs 30,000 than the outgoing model whilst the top-of-the-line diesel trim is costly by again, Rs 30,000 (similar to the Ignis). And with the added options, Hyundai has increased its ante to deal up with the cool Maruti Suzuki.
